About this flight
I flew from Haneda to Paris via Frankfurt on ANA’s Premium Economy Class.
At Haneda Airport, I had the opportunity to enjoy the full-course restaurant service “Dining h” located in the ANA Suite Lounge, which is available to Diamond Service members. The sukiyaki I had there was exceptionally well-prepared and absolutely delicious.
During the flight to Frankfurt, I was served a variety of meals including a late-night snack, a mid-flight snack, and breakfast. The late-night snack featured a tortilla wrap, the mid-flight snack was Ippudo ramen, and breakfast included pancakes and a poached egg.

Menu

Dining h is a full-course restaurant service located inside ANA's Suite Lounge, available only to Diamond members and First Class passengers. It operates only in the evenings and is designed so that passengers taking late-night or overnight flights can enjoy a full-course meal before departure and sleep comfortably once on board.

Appetizers can be selected freely from the buffet.
- • Arare (Japanese rice crackers)
- • Sautéed mini tomatoes, eggplant, and carrots

Sukiyaki — a Japanese hotpot dish.
The flavor of the beef was superbly enhanced, and the seasoning, doneness of the vegetables, and tenderness of the meat were all meticulously crafted and absolutely delicious.

Dessert

A custom parfait served after the meal.

Cabin at Night

The cabin was dark as the lights were turned off.
Snack

For a snack, I chose a bowl of Ippudo ramen — a popular option available on board.
Breakfast Before Landing

This was breakfast served about two and a half hours before landing.
Breakfast

- • Pancakes with poached egg
This was incredibly tasty. The pancakes had honey inside, so you could enjoy that flavor with every bite. During the COVID pandemic, ANA offered a frozen home delivery service for in-flight meals, and this dish was part of that menu — it was just as delicious then, too.
Post-Breakfast Coffee

This was green tea and coffee served after breakfast.
