About this flight
I flew from Incheon, Seoul, South Korea to Fukuoka on Asiana Airlines in business class. The flight time was about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Incheon Airport is the hub airport for Asiana Airlines.
Although it was a short flight, the in-flight meal included a chicken brioche sandwich and a salad.

Incheon Airport Railway Station
I took the train to Incheon Airport. From the platform level, I used the escalator to head toward the ticket gate.
Priority Security Lane for Seniors and Others
After entering the airport, I completed check-in with Asiana Airlines. Since my mother is over 70 years old, we were able to use the priority security lane. We didn’t have to wait at all for the baggage screening — very helpful.

- • People aged 70 and over, and their companions
- • Children aged 7 and under, and their guardians

Boarding Gate
After leaving the lounge, we arrived at the boarding gate. There was someone there guiding passengers.
The flight to Fukuoka is scheduled to depart at 6:20 p.m.
The Aircraft
From the gate, we could see an Asiana Airlines plane parked right next to our boarding gate. It was a large aircraft — an Airbus A350.
Heading to the Runway
We’ve boarded the plane. The aircraft for this flight is an Airbus A321-200.
It’s a relatively small aircraft with a single aisle and 174 seats.
We’re now taxiing to the runway.
Many Asiana Airlines Aircraft
Looking out the window while taxiing, we saw many Asiana Airlines planes parked. That’s because this airport is Asiana’s hub.
Air Canada Aircraft
There was also an Air Canada plane being towed toward the runway by a tow truck.
