About this Stay
This is Hotel Arc Riche Toyohashi. I first stayed here in July 2017, and I liked it so much that I returned twice more—in 2018 and 2020.
The breakfast is stylish and thoughtfully prepared. Guests can choose between a Japanese breakfast and an American breakfast. For the American breakfast, you can select one dish each from the menu for eggs, potatoes, and meat. In addition, it comes with salad, juice, soup, bread, and homemade jam.
The entire 15th floor is dedicated to a lounge. Within this space, there are various seating areas with different interior designs, as well as a drink bar area, allowing guests to enjoy it much like an airport lounge.
The hotel pays attention to details throughout and respects the diverse preferences of its guests. From my perspective, it was an excellent experience that left a strong impression.

The Toyohashi Plain stretches out below, with low mountains visible in the distance.
At the foot of those mountains lies the site of the Battle of Nagashino, where the forces of Oda and Tokugawa fought against the Takeda clan during the Sengoku period.
